We started building a house and just recently closed. Through the journey we met with several vendors during the process, and usually left feeling like we are just another pay check. That changed when we went to Canaan Stone Works. We walked in and were treated like friends, promptly greeted by Kim. She led us through the facility explaining options and answering questions, every step of the way. She showed us the slabs and explained the differences to us. We told her we liked the veining in granite, she told us there was more on order with the veining we like. The following week we received a phone call saying that the slabs had arrived, and since we lived out of town she would be happy to take pictures and email the images to us. We received the pictures and agreed this was the one, we called and it was reserved for us. About two weeks later we got a call from Jessicia saying there was another type of granite slab that had just arrived and it has the veining we loved. Jessica sent us pictures of the new slab and we then knew this was the one for our house. We could not believe how amazing the customer service is, as well as keeping in mind what we wanted. It made an impact on us, and was the highlight of the house building process! I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends, family, and clients.Thank you Canaan Stone Works!

After a fairly exhaustive search for a company to help us with new granite and backsplash for our kitchen, we chose Canaan Stone Works. Any a homeowner tackling a project like this quickly discovers that there is a huge disparity among granite installers/fabricators – in terms of price, integrity and quality. From the very first call to the moment they finished the installation, Canaan could not have been more professional, more responsive to our questions, and more attuned to us a customer. Wendell Maness bent over backwards to answer our questions and work through the estimating process. Graham Power, who took the measurements for the granite template, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. And Daniel Marquez who led the installation of both the granite countertops and tile backsplash was meticulous in his work. The result was absolutely beautiful. And it was done at a competitive price. These are nice people with a lot of integrity doing very good work. We highly recommend them.
