CSW Salutes Partner | Rhino Builders Remodel + Design

Our team at CSW is fortunate to work with great partners such as Rhino Builders Remodel + Design. Our partnership allows us to take part in beautifully built and remodeled homes. Recently, NARI, (National Association Of The Remodeling Industry,) hosted the 20th Annual Remodeled Homes Tour. This tour featured 20+ partially or fully remodeled homes in the Kansas City metro area.

3118 Karnes HouseIn case you missed it, we are going to give you a glimpse into a home built in 1909 located in the Coleman Highlands area of Kansas City. Rhino Builders, winner of a REMY award for Interior Remodel, was on deck representing their craftsmanship at 3118 Karnes Blvd. in Kansas City, MO.

Each of the three floors contain their own unique features including custom woodwork, cabinetry, lighting and paint.

Kares.RB.EntryThe main level showcases a stunning marble fireplace with cherry surround. The entry into the home greets visitors with beautifully restored wood floors, period staircase, and leaded glass window allowing plenty of natural light.

The second level has been remodeled to include a dressing room with an amazing California Closet system and custom sink and vanity.

This room is also cleverly designed with a stacked washer and dryer for ease of access. This second floor also includes a spare bedroom, TV room with a custom built Murphy bed, and a master bedroom with a recessed fireplace and television wall.
