Canaan Stone Works, LLC was founded in 2005 by Jerry Lee and remains a locally owned and operated company serving the Kansas City metro area. We are your one-stop source for custom fabrication and installation of natural and engineered stone countertops.
Our team has over 45 years of combined experience. Our employees are true craftsmen committed to delivering the highest quality work possible, using the best equipment, technology and tools available. Our Technology
Our priority is you, our customer. We strive to deliver the best experience from initial concept designs to finished, installed products. CSW utilizes Laser-based measuring to template countertops. This laser technology passes the DXF files into our CNC programming technology that drives our CNC based saws and routers. Quality edge detail, smooth seams, accurate measurements, customized shapes, etc. are possible with this technology.
CSW also uses a technology called SPEEDlabel. This technology delivers a solution to track each cut stone slab in our shop. It maintains accountability for quality control, part by part. It ensures the entire job is kept together – no missing parts. It is an excellent tool to ensure all of the parts of your job in countertop fabrication are tracked from slab selection to installation.

Our Shawnee, Kansas showroom serves the entire Kansas City metro and the neighboring cities. When you make an appointment to visit our showroom you will have the opportunity to meet with a knowledgeable team member that will guide you in choosing the best granite, quartz or other stone for your project. We offer many stock colors of granite, quartz, and quartzite. You will also be able to select sinks, faucets and purchase care and maintenance products for your countertops.
